First it was an aptitude test of 3hrs comprising of basic logical, quantitative, java, programming and SQL questions. You can easily clear it. Then it was technical interview. Telling about my experience, it was horrible. After my test was clear, I was told that my interview will take place in that week or next week. Till next week I didn't receive any call from HR regarding the interview. Then I myself called him and asked, so he told that slots are busy. After 1 hour I received the call and was told that my interview is next day. Next day during interview I was asked mainly questions on core java. I answered almost all of them. I also even answered questions related to Operating System. It went well about 30-35 mins. I was quite confident that I will clear it, so I waited. After 10 days of waiting I called the HR and he told me that I was not selected. I was so devastated. At least they should have informed me that I was not selected. I was in hope for 10 days. This is the harsh realities of many companies. .They even don't have courtesy to inform the candidates about rejection. They just keep candidates waiting for the result.
