The whole interview process was highly technical, yet awesome. There were 3 rounds in all. 1. First round was divided into 4 parts: 1.1 First part contained Objective type paper with 30 questions to be solved in 30 minutes. It consists of about every possible subjects from Aptitude & Reasoning to theoretical Technical objectives from various CSE subjects. 1.2 Second part was also Objective type paper with 30 java problems to be solved in 30 minutes. It basically contained the programs & concepts of java. 1.3 Third part contains 2 Java Programs (good ones) + 3 Database Queries to be solved in about 60 min. 1.4 Fourth part was like third one with 3 Java Programs (very good ones) + 3 Database Queries + 3 other theoretical questions having 5-7 sub parts & options like true, false & not sure. This was about 120 minutes long 2. Second round was Subjective with 9 questions sub-divided into 3 parts each (apart from one question). All 9 questions were from 8 different subjects like Data Structures, Linux, Web Technologies, Operating System, Networking, Java, Database, 3 SQL Queries, & 1 Normalisation problem to be implemented. (I hope I have not missed some though :) ). This round was also about 2 hours long. 3. Finally the third round was the interview round. The interview was taken by none other than the MD & the Founder of the company with atleast 15 years of experience in the industry from impetus & other MNC's. Guys, this company is very awesome for anyone looking for a great experience plus they offered a pretty good package of 3 lpa. in March 2015. If anyone looking forward to join this organisation, then good luck but be prepared because they are looking for a highly technical person. One bad thing was the interview process was very lengthy.
