I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at InnoSource (Dublin, OH) in Jan 2016
Interview
I sat down with an InnoSource representative and she asked me a few questions to see if I might be a good fit for the position. Process took around one hour. After this, the next step for me was getting a call from the company InnoSource was working to hire me onto as a contractor for them. That was a phone interview that went about 45 minutes.

Question 1
First round: More generic. One was a question about something I've done in my life that shows initiative.
The interview process was simple, and accommodating. I was unfortunately turned down, but was never given an explanation about why. My daughter walked in during my interview and interrupted it briefly, I feel that this heavily impacted my interview in a negative light. If so, then they are not accommodating for single parents, or those with kids.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InnoSource (Jackson, MS) in Mar 2023
Interview
Very Smooth Process. Leah was very nice & made this process very easy & great for me. We went over senarios & things that makes me a better fit for the job.
I did multiple phone interviews and it’s been about a month since the recruiter said I’d be “a great fit.” They were nice and all but I don’t think it’s leading anywhere.
