Interview
I had a brief phone interview, then an in person interview a few days later at their local office. They were hiring for a local mortgage lending company. The recruiter was very thorough in explaining the training program, job duties and hours required.
The interview process was simple, and accommodating. I was unfortunately turned down, but was never given an explanation about why. My daughter walked in during my interview and interrupted it briefly, I feel that this heavily impacted my interview in a negative light. If so, then they are not accommodating for single parents, or those with kids.

Very Smooth Process. Leah was very nice & made this process very easy & great for me. We went over senarios & things that makes me a better fit for the job.
I did multiple phone interviews and it’s been about a month since the recruiter said I’d be “a great fit.” They were nice and all but I don’t think it’s leading anywhere.
