I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at InnoSource (Reading, PA) in Jun 2022
Interview
I went through a long, 2 day interview process and even with over 5 years experience, I was disregarded like scum. I am overqualified for the position and I know someone (different race) that got put in with little to no experience. I even followed up and asked what could be changed because I saw the position still open and I just got a general response of, "You're not right for the position", I'm sure if I had some skin bleach I would be perfect for the position.

Question 1
Open ended such as: When was a time you felt rewarded at work?
The interview process was simple, and accommodating. I was unfortunately turned down, but was never given an explanation about why. My daughter walked in during my interview and interrupted it briefly, I feel that this heavily impacted my interview in a negative light. If so, then they are not accommodating for single parents, or those with kids.

Interview
Very Smooth Process. Leah was very nice & made this process very easy & great for me. We went over senarios & things that makes me a better fit for the job.
I did multiple phone interviews and it’s been about a month since the recruiter said I’d be “a great fit.” They were nice and all but I don’t think it’s leading anywhere.
