Recruiter from Vaco sent me a message on LinkedIn and did not initially tell me the name of the company. I had to ask him. I then decided I would proceed with the interview process, because why not? I first had an interview with the recruiter, which was largely a waste of time, except for confirming that the pay was not competitive enough. I later had a phone interview with an FPGA engineer. He had not looked over my resume before the call and kept interrupting me when I answered questions or explained work history / experience. He said they would get in contact with me to let me know whether or not they wanted to proceed with me. I never received a call. Waste of time and not an impressive experience.
