Interview
Had an interview with this company after multiple Re-schedules (No info shared to me about cancelling the call till I reach them on many instances) and no update despite multiple follow up on status of first round. One fine day after almost 35+ days, HR informed me about 2nd round and scheduled the call and asked me I must be available at any cost for the scheduled time and shared me Skype details and everything by HR. But that interview never happened. No one was there to conduct an interview. They didn't even bothered to update the candidate about interview got cancelled/ rescheduled..NO common sense..No etiquette or respect for aspirants time. But they told me I must be available at any cost ..But they didnt turned up..This says the culture of this company and how they treat or value their employees.
Please let this company recruiters know not to waste time of aspirants. And they must learn to respect time of others.If they are NOT serious about valuing aspirations time, please do not post job vacancies.
This company never conducts interviews as per the schedule and never update if there's any change in interview schedule and never bother to update the candidate about status of interview for upto 30+ days. Takes aspirations for granted.

Interview
The company is not at all trustworthy. After taking two technical rounds. HR called and we had a salary discussion and they told me that I will receive the offer within a week. It's been almost a month but I haven't got the offer letter and there is no confirmation from HR. Please don't waste your time interviewing for this company. Higher management should not play with the candidate's career.
