I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Innova Solutions in Dec 2017
Interview
I got call from innova solutions for TCS third party payroll and I had telephonic round than have personal discussion on client location TCS Powai. I cleared that round.
Than I got offer letter from innova as well.
I have joined TCS and had worked for 5 days after which I got call from innova, and HR told me that since your employee ID is not generated. Therefore, you have to not report to TCS for next 3 days by that timel ID will get generated.
After 3 days again I had follow up and HR told me that they are still taking follow up. And it will take some more days.
After some time they told me they are not responding.
And due to this you will be jobless and after that you wont be getting any ray of hope for again joining.
