Innova Solutions Sviluppatore Software interview questions

It contains 3 stages, HR Call, Technical Interview, and HR Call again with Offer. All the people were supportive, and the tech interview was mostly theoretical. Both interviews took about 1 or 1.5 hours.

Don't waste your time with these people. Had an initial phone call that went well, then was sent a standard RTR and asked for references and last 4 digits of my SSN. Then sent an online Hackerrank screening. I was told I scored well and would hear back soon, but then was ghosted and never told why they wouldn't be moving forward.
