Innovate Human Resources interview questions

I had a phone screen with the hiring manager and then never heard anything again. I followed up but never received a response. I think this is a poor way to treat candidates. It takes seconds to send an email that says "We are not moving forward with your candidacy" or something of that nature. Candidate experience is important and maybe Innovate should consider that as part of their recruitment strategy.
