Interview
Their recruiter made an appointment with me to talk to them on ms teams. I spoke with a recruiter and then two more gentleman with about 20-30 minute breaks between each.
I was told a week or two for next steps and haven't heard anything since and no response when I reached out.
Overall a good learning experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR: She asked about my driving record, DUI's, my height and weight and explained the job a little because it wasn't actually the one I'd applied for originally.
Next Person: Explained the job and training in detail and repeatedly asked me about hard working conditions and lots of travel, whether I wanted to be away from my gf for long periods etc. I found this a little confusing and didn't know how to respond. He then told me they apparently have a problem with people working a few years and then trying to transfer to design or project management type positions.
The 3rd person asked me about the what I knew about the position, and ended up reexplaining the entire job to me and asked me what I liked to do outside of work.
