I was called for a phone interview, was a little tiresome since the HR rep would not send an email to me and would only contact through phone. Had to play phone tag for several days since I work a full time job. After the phone interview I was asked to come in person, they were great to work with when it came to that, were able to interview on short notice. They seemed that they didn't know what direction they wanted this position to go when I interviewed and weren't very organized about it. Contacted them about two weeks after the interview and was told they would make a decision soon. I was never contacted after that, it's been about a month. I think it's common courtesy to tell a candidate, especially one who comes to a 1:1 interview, either way if you've gotten the position.
