The recruiter lies. She told me I wasn’t qualified for the job and I didn’t have the technical experience per her email. There was suppose to be a test to gauge aptitude I wasn’t even given that. I asked her if she looked at the portfolio on my resume and she told me no she did not. She told me I wasn’t qualified for a job even though my portfolio proves that I have the skills that are needed for the position. They interview candidates and don’t actually read or do the research of the candidate. This company’s HR is a mess. They are a bunch of liars that don’t know anything about technology or how to interview for it.
