It was great, the team was very nice and professional and laid out expectations of a typical team member. They were attentive and listened to what i told them and offered great feedback

During the interview, you can ask questions about the unit, staffing, nurse-patient ratio etc.
I had a 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter then met with director and educator. They were standard interview questions and then I shadowed the unit. Was offered the job the next day
