Overall not a good experience. They directly texted me on my personal number at bizarre hours to schedule our initial call. Red flag. I had an initial call with the manager and he told me he passed up on great candidates and is looking for the right one and being picky. We had a pleasant conversation and I had the qualifications they were looking for... then he ghosted me. Avoid.

The initial call went extremely well. I got to the second interview and the guy stated that it was indeed 'onsite' when the entire job description stated REMOTE. I asked him about specific questions around what metric do they have in place to gauge the success of a project such as KPI? Guy didnt have a clue. Asked him what the methodology they utilize and approach regarding process and procedure? Guy didnt have a clue. Asked him why is the position remote now but 'on site' later ? *crickets*
