I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Met first with a recruiter for a very conversational interview. Really the only question was "tell me about yourself" and the conversation went from there. Definitely was trying to get a sense of my personality, career goals, and energy. After that, I met with two account managers who mostly described the company culture and really stressed growth opportunities. They both asked why I was interested in a sales role, but these interviews were more based on my own questions and not theirs. It was less about grilling me and more about seeing if I could lead the conversation, as a sales role really requires someone to be socially outgoing and personable.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
