I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Houston, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was obviously they only wanted sorority girls working there. The lady interviewing me was stuck up and was fake smiling the whole time. I really didn't feel comfortable in the interview because I knew I was doing a good job, but the lady made me feel like I was saying all the wrong things. I know I would have been a fit for the job, and I had amazing credentials. I know it was strictly because I wasn't in a sorority. Be careful when you waste your time going to this interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
