I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
The corporate recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to let me know he was going to be at my school's job fair and thought I'd be a good applicant. Out of every job fair I've been to and out of every job recruiting at one, this was the only recruiter that reached out to me first beforehand. This got my interest so I met with him. Got asked to come to an on campus interview, which was basically a 15 minute conversation and basic questioning. He scheduled me for an in office interview a few weeks out. Got to meet with sales manager and we hit it off great. He invited me back behind the office doors to meet the team, which apparently they only do so 1 out of every 10/15 applicants. He introduced me out loud and every single employee stopped what they were doing to introduce themselves, very overwhelming. After that, I heard back from my recruiter telling me they want to do one last interview out at happy hour. A few weeks later, I went out to a nice restaurant and had a couple beers with the sales manager and a higher up manager. Again, very easy interview that seemed just like conversation. No hard behavioral questions, just simple questions to get you talking. They just want to feel you out and see how well you can hold a conversation. Ended up with a job offer the next week! Can't wait to start my first job out of college.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
