A Corporate Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. She asked to speak to me on the phone, so she called me the next day, and we scheduled an interview. I was to be meeting with two to five people. The day of the interview, I knew I was not being seriously considered for the job because only one person met with me. The interview was completely different from what the Corporate Recruiter had described. It took fifteen minutes rather than forty-five. The interviewer was nice, but obviously not interested, as he kept checking his watch, and looking out the door (which was glass, by the way). I was told I would hear back on Friday, but I did not hear back until the next Thursday, when the Corporate Recruiter got back to me with no offer, and no response to my request for feedback.
About a week later, another Corporate Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I told her I had already been interviewed, and she said she would pass along my resume anyway, as she was sure I would be a good match for Insight Global. Three weeks later, another Corporate Recruiter reached out to me on Linked In, to which I responded in the same manner. She also thought I would be a good match, and sent my resume again. Three days later, or so, yet ANOTHER Corporate Recruiter reached out to me with the same response.
As a result, I am extremely confused as they seem to think I'd be a good fit, but yet didn't even pay attention to me when I actually interviewed.
I do not recommend this experience at ALL.
