I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I had a brief phone interview- lasted about 10-15 minutes, then set up an in-person interview for a few days later. At their office, I met with the guy who I spoke with on the phone for about 10 minutes. Then I then met with two other people who worked there. One I believe was an account manager and the other was a corporate recruiter. They didn't ask me a lot about the company itself, more about my background and small talk. They are looking for applicants who are very outgoing and have a competitive drive to them.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
