I applied through other source. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
The interviewer was actually sort of unprofessional, and did not dress in business professional clothing. She also didn't really ask any questions that could assess skills or experience. Overall, I think it's the kind of job you get if the interviewer thinks you fit in with their firm. It seems like there will be a lot of cold calling!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
