I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Apr 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a corporate recruiter the first of April and he set up the in person interview for 2 weeks later because they would be in Miami the following week. I met with them last Friday for the in person interview and met with 2 people. It lasted about an hour and 45 minutes and overall I felt like it was a great interview and fit for myself. They said they'd contact me this week if they want to move to the next round which I've heard is a lunch interview. Insight Global seems like a great and fun company to work for. I love their 'work hard, play hard' mentality.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
