Interview
My interview process was quickly managed by email and phone communications. The recruiter and the client company have a close relationship so fortunately for me, most of the qualifying process had been taken care of before I was ever interviewed by management. Everything that followed was more like everyone obtaining confirmation.

Question 1
I was interviewed over the phone by my recruiter first and then by 2 managers from the team I would be joining on a conference call. They described their working environment as globally collaborative and agile based, and asked if I would be comfortable in such an environment and performing the specific skills with necessary software applications pertaining to the various job responsibilities.
