Brief phone call with a recruiter followed by an on-site short interview. The manager I met with was 30 minutes late to greet me, which left me with a bad impression from the start. I felt as if this interview was more of a casual conversation with a friend, rather than a professional. I asked the majority of the questions, and didn't feel as if I was being taken seriously.
