I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Stamford, CT) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was strange to say the least. I was interviewed by three separate women, each only spoke with me for about five minutes including the time I spent asking questions of THEM. I could tell pretty much from the start that they weren't interested in me. They made almost no eye contact with me and rarely smiled or showed any emotion. I was surprised that people who make a living building relationships (sales) could come off so cold and distant. Every single person I could see in the office was slim and attractive. I have somewhat of a theory that their lack of interest was based off of the fact that I don't fit that physical type (I am plus sized). I am a recent college graduate with a degree in communication and business with a concentration in sales, a finalist in my business school's professional selling competition, my resume includes retail sales experience as well as fundraising experience (basically sales) from three years at my school's call center including two years in a management position. To top it off I'm a sorority sister with experience in recruiting and the energy and outgoing personality to match. During the interview I was energetic, smiley, and held the conversation almost entirely on my own. I am certainly not qualified and my personality is not lacking. The recruiter even called me "the ideal candidate" over the phone based off of our conversation and my resume. I cannot come up with any other reason to explain their lack of interest in me other than my physical appearance, but of course I could be wrong. Maybe steer clear if you're not a barbie doll....or if a shallow company culture bothers you.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
