I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
The process is 3 steps. I was contacted by a recruiter which was followed by brief phone interview. After the phone interview she informed me that I would be a good match for the company and that they wanted to set up an in person interview for the following day. In the in person interview they ask lots of questions regarding personality and why you want to do sales. At the end of my interview I was given a tour of the office and introduced to everyone. I thought that this was a good sign and I was also told by a current employee that this was a sign that I had landed the third and final interview. However after 4 days, and 2 unanswered emails, my recruiter informed me they wouldn't be continuing the interview process with me. I think they're really looking for a specific type of person. Someone who is in a sorority or fraternity or was very active in sports or clubs in college because they believe this reflects an active social life. Since I got my degree online, I believe they looked down on this. Overall kind of disappointing experience. They really get your hopes up just to let you down.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
