There was initially a phone screening, very simple. Mostly just the recruiter telling you about Insight Global and giving you a chance to ask any questions.
Then there was an in-person interview. It is all very conversational, so they aren't grilling you with questions at all. "Why Sales?" is probably the biggest question you had to answer. If they like you, they show you around the office and introduce you to the whole team. Then they take you out to lunch as a "final interview."
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
