Interview
It started out with an initial phone screen by the Recruiter. Once I was deemed a potential candidate for the job, a face to face interview was scheduled with my direct manager. This was a 1.5 hour interview. After that went well, a second face to face interview was scheduled with my direct manager's manager. This was a 1 hour interview.

What was the most recent project that you worked on?
The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
Started with a basic recruiter call to go over my background. The first round was meant to be a one on one for a general product manager role. Instead I got pulled into a panel interview and they interviewed me for a different position. I didn't feel prepared and it felt like the interview was conducted in bad faith.

Interview
contract role 2 rounds 30 min interview -3 person panel each round, second round was hiring manager and Product team. Hiring manager stated during the interview the interview was going well no offer.
