I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2016
Interview
Extremely professional process where I was brought into a small room and held conversation with one of the Recruit Managers. She began the conversation with basic questions about my life and what I did as a hobby then developed into more business conversation as to where I wanted to go in life and what I wanted to do. She briefly explained the job salary and benefits.

The interview was fine. The people were friendly. You will meet everyone in the office. I didn't like the company prior to the interview, just wanted the experience . Wasn't given an offer regardless. They need the most outgoing people out there.

Interview
They interviewed me when they already knew they had the position filled. I drove 6 hours—12 total—and they didn’t pay for it. It’s weird because at the end of the interview they make you go and shake everyone’s hand—like 50 people. I’ve heard you get good money doing this job but ehh. I had a bad interview experience
