I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL)
Interview
After going through dozens of rounds of informal interview calls, I made it to Chicago to interview in person. When I got there I was surrounded by cliques of what appeared to be mean girls who stared at me and judged as they walked by instead of greeting me. The whole process was extremely disorganized and they kept me waiting for a while in between interviewers. The worst part was the fact that when I got into the actual interview, each person who interviewed me asked, "Do you have any questions for me?" This is fine towards the end of an interview, but my entire interview process began and ended with me asking the interviewer questions the whole thirty minutes. This was the case for all 3 people who interviewed me. I think I had one woman who asked me one question about myself. It made me feel like they had no interest in learning about me or why I would be a good fit. I had never been through an interview like that. Completely unprofessional and awkward.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
