Interview
They will tell you that you are interviewing for an account manager role, but do not get confused, you are interviewing to be a recruiter. Promotion to account management is not guaranteed like they make it sound.
The interview process is all very conversational, if you're good at relating to people it won't be difficult. They like people with lots of energy who can drive a conversation.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
