I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
You are contacted online by a current recruiter, and if youre like anyone else in the world, I'll bet your resume and degree match what they're looking for! Because its the same thing for everyone. I agreed to an interview, traveled 4 hours to it. There were probably 4 other interviews within the hour I was there, and they do that all day. I asked 'why do y'all constantly interview? whats the need?" they say they are a staffing agency but I feel like they staff their own company more than find people jobs. For me I want my work to mean something. and if my job is just to bring new people to a company I don't actually know, I couldn't do it.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
