I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview lasted about an hour. The goal was to make it more conversational rather than the interviewer asking question after question. It was a bit unorganized as the interviewer found it difficult to find an empty room to conduct the actual interview. Overall, staff was really nice.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
