I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Very long and repetitive. They are trying to focus on the positive which is understandable but when you do more digging about the company they almost look like a pyramid scheme. Pay is awful and they expect you to work crazy amounts of hours.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
