I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process is tedious! I had a great initial screening, where I felt I was able to express my skillset to my interviewer! However, the second interview is more conversational and did not give me the opportunity to address my professional skills! They want to see that you are able to create conversations, but don't forget to brag about your abilities - it is still an interview!!

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
