I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global in Feb 2011
Interview
I had a 1:1 interview at my school's career center with one of Insight Global's corporate recruiter's. The interview consisted of the recruiter telling me tons of information regarding the company and the position without really taking the time to get to know me or my background. He described the job as being very difficult work for 6 months to a year followed by a likely promotion. I was not satisfied with the interview because I did not get the opportunity to distinguish myself from other candidates.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
