Interview
Phone interview first.
Then in-person.
Got asked immediately why I chose the seat that I chose in the board room.
After that, it was a regular interview, with basic questions. They did a great job discussing about the company culture and things they do as a team.

Question 1
I think this was one of those 'if you say this, you're this type of person' questions... But they had a board room with and told me to sit wherever I liked. When the interviewer walked in, he asked why I chose to sit in the seat that I sat in.
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

Why was I looking to make a transition to a new employer?
It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
