I was brought in for the first interview with Brian and Erin, about 2 hours before the interview with the job. They made sure I was squared away for the interview. I was accompanied to the interview with Erin. She made sure that I was meeting the right person, and that I had copies of my resume on me. She sat in on the interview and gave me her thoughts about how it went, and my chances of being hired.
