An initial phone interview was done with Angela, the recruiter I was working with at Insight Global. She asked me about my work history and more about the type of jobs I was looking for. After my current position was found, I was scheduled a phone interview with sales manager from Microstrategy. After that, a face to face interview was scheduled with my current employer and the offer for the job came shortly thereafter.
