I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2015
Interview
They take you out to lunch. You'll BS with some guy who thinks he's hot stuff. He shows you how much money he makes. You act like you care. You don't really believe him because he probably gambles it all away or can't manage it. He probably struggled to pass his finance course in college or doesn't contribute to his 401k. Realize it's a temporary job but act like it's important to you.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
