Very personable interviewers. Really want to get to know you and your personality. They make you feel welcomed the minute you step into their office! I first received a message via a recruiter and then she called me a couple days after for a phone screen and then I was invited into the office for an in person interview.

There are many calls before even getting a first interview. They’ll hype you up and you’ll think you get it and then first round they don’t even push you through and say there’s a 5% chance you’ll get employed.

They emailed, then called and finally zoom call with two of them! I thought it was pretty easy. After that they became unresponsive but finally they send an email letting you know.
