Insight Global Professional Recruiter interview questions

I submitted an application and was contacted by a corporate recruiter immediately after applying. We spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes and she asked me some questions while also telling me about the company. She then told me she wanted to schedule me for an in person interview at the DC office. I ended up declining after I heard some other reviews about the company. When I told her I wouldn't be continuing, she was very rude and angry.

Definitely a different style of interviewing. It's more focused on how you connect with the different people you interview with vs. any type of aptitude test. You're going into a people business so it's very important that they see how easily you interact and become comfortable with different types of folks.
