I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insomniac in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I submitted an online application that included a few questions about why I was a good fit for the team. After they reviewed my application, I was invited to a one-on-one Zoom call with a team member. The call was quick, about 15-20 minutes, and they asked around 6-8 behavioral questions. It was fast-paced and a bit intimidating, but very straightforward.

Signed up for email notifications when they would be hiring. I got an email about 2 weeks after signing up for notification that they were hiring for events, so I applied online and then received an email to schedule a 15-minute Zoom interview. The next step would be getting a response in about 2 and a half weeks to see if I got the job.
