I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insperity (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Contacted by recruiter and they conducted a very professional and complete one hour initial interview. Reviewed resume and asked standard questions on 'why did you leave xxx, etc. Next steps with RM and then a decision will be made.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

Question 1
What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
