HR phone, District Manager onsite, Regional manager onsite. District manager interview was too easy. He asked a few questions then just fielded my questions. Probably the easiest interview ever. This made me rethink the entire company. I questioned if this is the company and boss I would want to work for based on this experience. Next meeting was with his boss. That was a little more challenging and I was more impressed with him than the first interview. After looking back I am thinking the district manager maybe already had his guy/girl selected and this was just going through the motions. Not sure.

Question 1
Nothing stands out. On the district interview I was just glad I had about 10 questions prepared or else that interview would have been 5 min long.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
