Interview consisted of an initial meeting with the recruiter followed by Chief People Officer. Upon completion, a series of 1x1 meetings took place with each Executive team member across a span of 2 weeks followed by an onsite round table discussion, concluding with a 1x1 with CEO. Process was smooth, efficient, and all members of the staff were transparent and easy to converse with. I was impressed with the team's alignment on strategy and growth opportunities. Overall, I found the interview process very insightful and engaging with each member of the ELT and was impressed with their experience and leadership styles.
