It was a group interview for the new hospital opening up. Each person was assigned an appt time to come in for an interview. The recruiting staff first gets to know you and asks a good amount of question. That took about 30 mins. Then I met with the hiring manager and had more questions asked, which also took about 30 mins. 3 weeks later I was offered the position.
