I dont need an hour video interview with HR before even getting submitted to the hiring manager. What sort of process does that? You wasted both our time, I got dressed up for a "real" interview and the HR lady spent the entire hour with long pauses staring at me like I was an alien. Strangest interview ever in my life. Complete waste of time!

They let you go right into a specialty as a new grad??? What company let you do this training? (on my resume!) Other. BS questions that revealed she was judging me based on my history and this HOUR of my time in the middle of a workday on video was a complete waste of my time, She already made up her mind, judgemental and she never met me!! hahahahaha
