The "interview" was in a mock setting. A manager told me what was expected and had me do a demo order. i was able to scan items, use their payment card, bag it and then put it in their respective staging area.

Interview
I emailed them inquiring about the position and they got back to me around two days later. They called me and texted me for a phone interview. The phone interview was very brief and lasted less than 10 minutes, afterwards they asked when I would be available to come in for a second and interview and training. I came in for training a couple days later, and after a brief training process I was hired.
