Went to an orientation where a woman explained how the job worked. Never really was an interview. Did do a mock shopping trip at the end. Didnt work for me because my phone was older and wouldn't scan items. Got an email a few days later saying they couldn't hire me. Even after I explained the phone issue and was willing to upgrade

Interview
There was no interview process you just apply online or through the shopper app. They run a background check and as soon as that went through they sent me a card and I was able to start shopping the only thing is sometimes they have a wait list I got lucky when I applied and there was no waitlist but some people have to wait months if there’s too many shoppers in their area.
